About Diane

I’ve always been drawn to the creativity and artistry of baking.  As a little girl, I played with pastry bags and created sugar eggs for holidays.  At the age of 13, I created a gingerbread replica of my home, populated with my entire family, including pets.  (The pets were so appreciative of this honor that they eventually nibbled it to death).

After completing my BA in English Literature, I found my true calling when I enrolled in a professional Pastry Arts program. I was immediately drawn to creating beautiful custom cakes, a passion that has endured for over twenty years. 

It is a joy to me to participate in celebrations; a wedding, a birthday, a baby shower -- each marks a milestone in someone’s life. I consider it an honor to create something memorable for the occasion.  

I love engaging in the creative process with my clients, working together on a cake design that is uniquely their own, creating an edible work of art that we will both remember for years to come.
